You Don’t Have to Be That Kind of Vegan

Hey friend,

Before you scroll any further…

Let me tell you something I wish someone had told me sooner.

You do not have to be the perfect vegan.

You do not have to be extreme.
You do not have to argue with everyone at Thanksgiving.
You do not have to overhaul your entire kitchen overnight.

There’s more than one way to do this.

You might be the health-first vegan who just wants more energy.
You might be the ethical vegan who can’t unsee what you’ve learned.
You might be the comfort-food swap queen.
You might be gradual.
You might be quiet.
You might be family-focused.

Most of us are a mix.

And once you identify your “why,” everything gets easier. The grocery store feels less overwhelming. The comments feel less personal. The self-doubt softens.

Instead of asking, “Can I do this forever?”

Try asking, “What kind of vegan feels like me?”

I break down the different types in this new post so you can stop trying to fit into someone else’s version and start building one that actually fits your real life.

You don’t need to do this perfectly. You just need to take the next aligned step. I’m right here with you.
